Phil Dalton has been collecting fine art, etchings and limited edition prints for the last 20 years. However over the last 10 years he has vastly expanded his collection. He is most attracted to the Superflat work of artists like Takashi Murakami, Impressionism and the  thoughtful graffiti art and stencilling of Banksy and Ben Allen. These are all reflected in his eclectic collection.  

He has collected stamps since he was a child and has embraced a life-long fascination with them, having a specific interest in Victorian and Edwardian British and South African Commonwealth stamps. 

Phil's father, Harry Dalton, is a studio potter; because of this influence Phil has collected ceramics from his teens, which includes examples of Lucie Rie, John Leach and Ray Finch.

As a whisky drinker and collector he has knowledge, contacts and experience with distillers and suppliers in Scotland where he can source whichever wee dram takes your fancy. 

He is invested in and has a keen understanding of precious metal markets. Silver a particular favourite of his at present. 

Over recent years Phil has diversified his portfolio with autographs, books and other prints, with a growing collection of each.
